the above code is from VBAC not KAC. they are 2 very different plugins to catch cheating.

you were banned for sv_cheats being on when the server was set to 0. the only way something like that can happen on your client after the server sent the request for 0 is that you had something running that forced it to stay at 1.

sorry your upset but that ban stays as it was a legit ban.

Well.... i dont know how this happened but i am going to look more into it, and yeah i will tell him you said hi.
