With who i need to talk about making skins, cuz i like to leave a skin in the server

"iLike": skins/player/models - Stuff, and it's my 1st project, im making it, i watch some tut videos on youtube, and im playing a lot with that .vtf programs stuff, and i just, "would" like to see my skin In-Game, i would like to choose that skin. You know ppl what im talkin about?, that proud feeling thingy? u know....
